Sally Morem was born on August 19, 1952, in Minneapolis, and grew up by eating her peas and corn in Le Sueur, Minnesota, Green Giant territory. She received a B.A. with a studio arts major from Southwest State University in Marshall, Minnesota. She works at Chapin Publishing Company, where she performs customized client research on a variety of subjects. (She reads newspapers for a clipping service.) She is a member of the Minnesota Space Frontier Society (MN SFS), formerly L-5 Minnesota, and edits Downrange and L-5 Points -MN SFS's monthly calendar of events and quarterly newsletter. She is a member of MIFWA, the Worldbuilding Group, and Second Foundation, and she joined the Sirius Writers' Group when she discovered that she was a Sirius writer. |
