Jeffrey Osier:
(04/01/1992) Jeffrey Osier of Chicago, like the late fantasy writer / illustrator Howard Wandrei, works with equal and dazzling facility in several media. Osier's short fiction is a staple of DeathRealm, Tiamat, and other small-press magazines, and a story by him appeared in the first Borderland's anthology. He is working on his first novel. His pictorial work, while reminiscent of Robert Mattas, among others, remains uniquely Osier: fluid, beautifully composed, and both alluring and disturbing.
