Jason Sanford currently lives in Columbus, Ohio, with his
wife and two sons. Among his life's adventures include work
as an artist and a Peace Corps volunteer. His fiction has been
published in Year's Best SF 14, TOTU, Interzone, Analog,
Intergalactic Medicine Show (Orson Scott Card, ed.), The
Mississippi Review, Diagram, Pindeldyboz, and other places.
His stories have won a number of awards and honors, including
the 2008 Interzone Readers' Poll, a Minnesota State Arts
Board and British Fantasy Award. He also co-founded the literary
journal StorySouth, through which he runs the annual
Million Writers Award for best online fiction. His website is
