Janet Fox of Osage City, Kansas, is a freelance writer whose fantasy/horror stories and poems have been published in such markets as Sword and Sorceress, Twilight Zone, Shadows, Grue, Noctulpa, Portents, and TOTU. She adds, "I'm still keeping busy editing and publishing the monthly small press market magazine, Scavenger's Newsletter. I've completed a young adult series book for Byron Preiss and did the outline for the second. I still critique for Writer's Digest School, and once in awhile I even turn out a short story. I had a story in the summer '89 issue of New Blood. When I'm not at the keyboard, which is hardly ever, I sneak out for a horseback ride or go rabbit hunting with my dog Tippy (well, it's the dog that hunts; I mostly just stand around)." |
