John M. Ford:
(08/08/1991) John M. Ford of Minneapolis won the World Fantasy Award in the short story category with a poem called "Winter Solstice, Camelot Station," thus putting poetry on the fantasy map, as it were. He also writes novels such as The Dragon Waiting, How Much for Just the Planet?, and The Scholars of Night. Catch his act, "Ask Dr. Mike," at the next convention it is featured. You'll be glad you did.
